Shipping Policy

Domestic Shipping

All orders are fulfilled through Australia Post or Sendle. Available to all states/territories. 

Costs:

  • Free express shipping for all orders until 7th January 2023

Expected delivery times for express shipping (excluding courier shipment delays):

For standard shipping it will range from 3 - 7 business days across all states.

A signature is required for all parcels. In the case that no one is available, a card will be left providing further information to collect the package at the local post office.

Please keep in mind for possibilities of further delay due to COVID-19. Above are only expected times, and we will not be liable if it does take longer than usual.

International Shipping

Shipping for sneakers from Sneaker Ranch to International buyers starts from $45 - dependent on your country. 

International shipping will be shipped through DHL. Please see shipment times and delays here.

    Processing Times

    For orders placed on a weekday, please allow 1-3 days for it to be processed. 

    For orders placed on the weekend or public holiday, please allow an extra 24 hours within the next business day for it to be processed. 

    Orders will be dispatched within 1-7 days. In case of any delays, you will be notified as soon as possible via email. In the case of delayed processing times, these will be reflected in the items description.
